The RPG takes no skill to destroy heavy armor. They seem to do more damage than a tank shell, even the AP round. The flight speed of the rocket is lightning fast and completely effortless to hit moving heavy armor or helicopters.
Rpg is unguided so should do more damage than guided launchers.
Vs infantry its only good if you get a direct hit.
No, RPGs and mines are fine right now. You can't destroy a tank with three rockets. And that's fine by me. You have to flank it and grab it from behind, and you can destroy it with two rockets.In all my games I am the one who destroys the most tanks leaving mines
Can we not listen to people who are whining to nerf the DIRECT COUNTER to a vehicle?
When DICE did that it ruined anti-air.
If RPG's are annoying you, then stay further away and support your infantry to push up so that people with RPG's can't get a clear shot.
I found vehicles perfectly acceptable to play, and with a good risk-reward where if I push too far the risk becomes too high and I might get killed.
Tanks and IFVs are not a first line of offense as they should be.
And RPG is not the only direct counter to vehicles. There are many other forms that are very acceptable. It's not the damage of the RPG that's the problem, it's the flight speed of the rocket and the very minimal 'bullet drop' it has. I was on Liberation Peak at Alpha and destroyed an IFV at Charlie, barely having to aim the thing. Like I previously said. When the RPG is better than something you have to work for in an assignment, there's obviously a problem.

yeees and its WAY to easy to shot down helis with the RPR, not enough drop and to much velocity compared to the movabillity of the helis
the flight speed heavily impacts air vehicle balance. I think the damage on tanks is fine but the consistency of which you can kill helis as infantry is worrying. I would maybe slow the projectile a little down and check what impact it makes on heli kills. And if that is not enough, maybe trying to add a little bit of dispesion to it.

I agree, it's always been annoying in bf games how desperate people are to destroy your tank, now it's too easy I was in a tank yesterday and a rpg one shot me at 75 percent health from the front. Bf1 got the tanks right, actually took a ton of effort to bring me down. I like bf6 but honestly the other rockets should be hitting me hard not a terrorist weapon (its a joke)
is super annoying, its like a hitscan rocket launcher. I’ve got killed so many times in a helicopter as well as jets. It’s completly pointless. It’s even more efficient then the stinger rockets.
RPG vs tanks overpowered? no, vs helicopters? yes, the velocity and hit register of a RPG is INSANE i dont even impress myself shooting a heli from the sky its SUPER easy
