Separate Zoom In and Zoom Out keybinds for variable optics

Improvement to the variable zoom / optics system. Currently, the game only has a single "Toggle Scope" cycle button, which forces players to cycle forward through all magnification levels 1x 2x 4x 6x back to 1x just to lower the zoom. This feels very clunky on PC, and it's frustrating if you accidentally skip the zoom level you wanted.

Please consider adding separate keybind options for zoom in and zoom out. This would allow PC players to bind magnification to the mouse scroll wheel (like in Escape from Tarkov or other modern shooters), making the gameplay feel much smoother and more intuitive.
