Serious problem with the game

Battlefield has always lived in the realm of being a fun game that you could find and play with clans/communities. It’s really disheartening and sad that if I want to play with more than 3 of my friends or clan mates I now have a serious problem, because they make it near impossible to do so. Portal is full of junk unless you’re a hardcore player or Milsim team. I can’t be the only one who feels that they completely dropped the ball by design when it comes to any sort of communities which in a huge way contributed to the success of the franchise. I’m part of a clan that has existed since 2013 bf3 era and the fact that we made it through the trash can that was 2042 and still have a large membership speaks to the resilience of our community. There are no persistent servers and no clan system at all. My asks are as follows:

  1. We need persistent servers to be able to play on where anyone can easily join in and have fun with up to 63 of your buddies that are front and center for all to see.
  2. Bring back a clan system. This was the standard in battlefield even up to BFV where we had platoons. It’s awesome to be able to check the scoreboard and see your clan mates with their tags and everyone knows that you’re together. This was a way that many people found their gaming homes over years and years.

These are basic functions that have been staples throughout the entire battlefield franchise. Why go away from what made these titles so great in the first place combined with all the sandbox and destruction elements?

  • There are persistent servers. Battlefield has even provided a bunch of official servers to choose from. If you think they are all hardcore (they aren't) and garbage, make your own. Your clan should be able to populate them no problem. You can even host servers for free.

You totally missed the point. Who wants to play on a laggy server with XP restrictions that is tucked away on the menu system?

We want professional 60hz servers that can be rented to form a community where people can go to play against their friends or clan mates, where people can play against others without cheaters. There used to be noob servers back in BF3 so beginners could play without having to face BF Pros and 60/1 kd ratios.

The game will be dead in 2 months, over 1000 soldiers dropping per day!

I think you missed the point. They are official servers, from Battlefield, same as any other, with full XP.  And they are 60hz when not someone's personal re-host. In other words a mix of 60hz and 30hz depending on which one you choose. Certainly that part and confusion could be improved.

I didn't miss any point. The thing they said they want, exists. You just have to choose if you want to join a peristent server, or a matchmake server.

If you say you want something, and it already exists, I don't know what you expect to change. They aren't going to start highlighting your favorite server on the main page. You're going to have to use a server browser. As always.

Let's say they do let you start paying extra to create your own personal 60hz server. Or give that upgrade for free in the future. Would that change everything for you? No? Because the rest of the system already exists and I don't know what you expect to change in relation to being "hidden" (it's not). You can't display thousands of servers on the main page or predict every server that every person wants presented to them. That's what a server browser is for. If clicking a button that says "browse servers", is something you think is hidden, what can the developers do to help you?
