Sniper time out and bullet drop increase?

I have read throught the patch notes and not seen any mention of Sniper tweaks... but seem bullet drop has increased and I have been timed out for inactivity 3 times  today so far if i find a spot and camp and snipe .. is this further degradation of the sniper class???? Or is it just me? dont mind the bullet drop it did seem kinda out of whack .. might be little over kill but I can adjust .. just dont like getting timed out when I am working an nice spot
