Spawn map after dying

I really dislike the current spawn selection system when using a controller. After dying, I have to move a slow, fiddly cursor with the thumbstick to choose my spawn point.

Half the time, it won’t lock onto the spot I want, and I often end up accidentally zooming in or out instead.

Could we make it so the selection snaps directly to available spawn points instead?
