Support UI Feature Needed

I think we need a UI pop up hint that tells the Support player right in the middle of their screen that either a Squad or Teammate nearby has requested Ammunition or Medical supplies. I am forever using the Commo Rose to request Ammo for Engineer, but I am usually ignored,

Here's the thing, everyone has the ability to turn OFF Voice Chat & Soldier Voice Over Audio in the options, if your support player has done either of these or both they cannot hear your soldier using the Commo Rose Voice asking for ammo repeatedly or me asking over voice chat.

I've even tried chasing them and firing at them to get their attention for ammo, and I'll follow them until they get killed which could be a while, I pick up their kit and give myself ammo, meaning while the enemy vehicles I was focused on have moved on and I've lost precious time chasing a guy sometimes for nothing.
Sometimes I just have to redeploy to start all over again with ammo, this in turn drops our team a ticket in Conquest because I had to redeploy just to get ammo, so I ask this small feature, have a visual alert on the support players screen that someone nearby (Squad or Team) is requesting ammo.
