Think I'm Cooked

Went and bought a BF6 Coin digital card off of Amazon and I redeemed it, but roughly 48 hours later still nothing in my account. Contacted EAhelp and amazon and neither are willing to help me out. safe to say I dont think these companies care about the customers.
