Transport Chopper needs some love

Dice please make the transport helicopter immune to small arms fire again like 2042 where it would be able to survive for more than 5 seconds leaving spawn. 
also add back the drop out mechanic when the seats are full giving the transport chopper a good way for the driver to earn xp for objective drops and allowing the team to effectively move
