I pre-ordered (and paid) yesterday -- the game does not show in my library either (maybe because it hasn't been released yet..?)
However - I did get an email receipt from EA

As the other have said: confirm with PayPal if the charge has gone through first of all. If they say that it has, them selecting the contact option at the bottom of the page linked below should let you contact EA Help (N.B. there is only email or chat support, and the EA staff here can't directly assist with payment issues).

Ok so if your EA account doesn't show the order but PayPal does then there's a good chance you may need to go over there then. I'd agree with Anobix here and wait a bit for at least today, but if the funds are a bit tight I totally understand pushing hard and fast to get this cleared up.

May be worth waiting a day to see if it clears up? I believe there's supposed to be a live chat option at least, I doubt there's any phone numbers to call anymore.

Chris thank you, I spent the last 40 mins on that "EA Help" and could not find anyway to address the issue as my account does not show i placed an order. Any idea where i should look on the support page?

Services probably got slammed from everyone rushing in to get their orders in. Hitting up EA Help: Official support should get you sorted out proper. Not sure the forums here will do much unless one of the CMs are able to help escalate things for ya.
