Was lucky to take part in the Playtest, this mp gameplay was beautiful. This is a Battlefeild compared to what was made over the years, now dont expect no issues at launch its a bf classic for bugs. Brought a tear to my eye. Hope yall watched the show.
Can you confirm that knifing just requires a single button press and there is no counter knife?

Since it was an early build, it was better, but they showed some new builds
I can confirm that if you are in range for and in rear or side aspect to the target, it will result in a knife kill animation. If in front, it is just stabbing / slashing and take multiple hits if at full health.
Pretty much identical to 2042 from what I have seen.
Gunplay was similar to 2042 imo.
Pretty limited set of weapons to try out though... and some were MUCH better than others in terms of recoil control vs. punch vs. rate of fire.
I will add that while I felt that gunplay was similar, map design and sight lines were way better than in 2042. Some of the control points were absolutely bonkers to attack or defend... in a fun and chaotic way. It really does come down to how much you PTFO and get your team to move in. Again, just my observations.
Gunplay been almost identical to 2042 isn't a good thing imo, it feels floaty.
After playing some 2042 the past 2 days I see they have improved knifing and it seems to be alot slicker.
Hope the aiming feels abit better than 2042 tbh
More of a product made to lure COD players in, its not good as COD or battlefield in anyway, It's got nothing unique more of a blended product.
It is looking exceptional, indeed. Has all the hallmarks of a masterpiece. Tip my hat to the DICE crowd and all their partner studios.
A true heir to BF3 — which was my favourite. Cannot wait for Oct., 10th.
