This gun is bottom of the barrel levels of bad, please make it 33 damage, would be the perfect buff to balance its extremely slow fire rate,

UMG is practically the SMG that all other SMGs should be compared against. Most SMGs are simply too strong. The UMG is a strong weapon if you aren't CoD sliding past every corner and blind firing everything like a trash CoD player.
CoD playstyle kills the slower paced gameplay, where you're actually supposed to read the situation instead of just relying on an OP weapon and broken levels of bootyslide bouncing.
I actually quite like it. I've got it built a bit like a mini-AR, and it seems to do OK for the most part.
