Unjust Ban

I've had this account since 2014 and have never been banned from any battlefield games and ive been using the same software and hardware since i can remember. i received a ban from battlefield 6 when i truly have no clue how or when i broke the user agreement and got banned? i dont have any "competitive advantage" software and the most recent things ive done is uninstall HD textures to stop the god awful frame generation to fps bug. i dont another ea account and i shouldn't be forced to create a new one and start from scratch progress wise when ive dont nothing wrong in the first place.
