VPN USE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED
The use of VPNs in Battlefield 6 needs to be addressed immediately. Players are clearly exploiting the system, and it’s affecting the overall integrity of the game. How is it that someone with a red network icon indicating a poor or unstable connection can consistently finish at the top of the leaderboard? This isn’t just coincidence it points to a serious flaw being taken advantage of.
When players manipulate their connection through VPNs, it creates an unfair experience for everyone else. Gunfights become inconsistent, hit registration suffers, and the competitive balance is completely thrown off. It’s frustrating to play a match where skill feels secondary to connection exploits.
What makes this worse is the perception that these issues aren’t being taken seriously. Instead of addressing core gameplay problems like netcode and VPN abuse, it feels like the focus is elsewhere. If this continues, it’s going to drive players away and hurt the long term health of the game.
This needs to be acknowledged and fixed before more of the player base loses confidence.
