"Waiting on Studio" on appeal

I have applied for a refund from Steam. My friend and I were banned at the same time. He is using PS5 to play cross platform games with me. This is nonsense. How can PS5 cheat?  huh？ EA, tell me!
As far as I know, there were two serious account suspension incidents on November 25th and November 29th, during which a large number of accounts were blocked
EAAC updated the machine code block after the 29th because I used another Steam to play free Redsec on the 28th. I only entered and played for a few minutes before being called to the company for a meeting. After returning home, I wanted to appeal my account but found out that my account had been permanently banned. You heard me correctly, and even my computer has never logged into that account again
I'm sure there's no software on my computer that could cause misunderstandings, and I haven't even turned on VPN or GHUB mouse driver

My other friend was banned from playing the campaign mode on the 29th, and even played the game he just bought for just over ten hours

Although I am a player from China, certain stereotypes may lead people to mistakenly believe that we are using cheating software
But false bans do exist. Our usual team of four people who open a blacklist has all been banned, and one of them even used a PS5
What exactly is EA doing in a competition with a 2% infection rate? Real cheats are not banned, but ordinary players are banned
I have been playing BF3, Basic BF4, BFH, BF1, BF5, 2042 since 2013. I have been playing for over ten years now and I have met this group of friends who play together. However, we can no longer play games together. Thank you, EA

My friend attached the PS5 game library to question EA, but all EA can do is pretend to be dead
It's even more difficult for a Chinese player to protect their rights .
