Weird Stretched Textures - Can't See A Thing!

Hi,

As you can see... I can't! >.>

This started on Medevac Mile or something Medevac. I had already played a bunch of games, this has previously happened on this map before but once this has happened it continues with every other game/map...

Any ideas of the cause or any fixes?
