I agree with most that is already posted, here's a couple of things I personally find important or would like to see.
YES
- Staple modes always available (not time locked): Conquest, Domination, TDM, Rush, Breakthrough
- Paid DLC's with guaranteed content
- Broad selection of weapons
- Elaborate progression system, with ribbons, medals, assignments
- Dedicated Close Quarters maps
- Grounded modern warfare (no futuristic weapons/vehicles/gadgets)
- Phantom program (or something epic like it)
- Commander mode (available on Tablet so I can support the team even when on the road 🙌)
- Day/night cycles
No
- Crossplay on by default
- Portal (just give us rentable servers and a good an rich selection of maps/modes in quickplay/server browser)
- Cringe clown skins
- BR
- Sliding mechanics
