Why are YT-ers allowed to create full XP farm servers but the av. players not?

Question

Considering corpo shill folks already started to blame the average player for playing bot farm servers, let me remind you that the devs itself allowed some favored content creators to create XP farm servers with increased player HP while retaining the full XP and mastery level earning rates.

While we as random planktons even if you just change stats like player HP by 1% on portal, the server/game will have a moderated/limited XP gain rate.

Let that sink in.

Well how it currently works, they are not getting any adventage. If you go and open up the server browser of those games, they are all that populated with real players that i question myself why are people even playing those. At that point they could just play regular game modes. Hell those are even better. It can be freaking annoying to have only enemies who have 500% HP and bullet sponges.

And server hosting isn't working right now...

But it affects people ingame because they can play against us and have everything unlocked.

that is true. But...I do not trust most of them anyway. They always have some crap to just look good
