Why Does This Game Have Bad Engine Crashes

i have tried so many things from lowering settings to overrides to XMP nothing seems to stop the game from engine crashing its not my pc ive done countless benchmarks and tests even sent it back to the place i got it so they could test it and not one things shows an issue with my PC its a intel 265kf arrow lake, 5080 gpu, 32GB DDR5 6000mhz ram never goes above 40'c every other game runs on highest settings perfectly. i just dont get it... Im lauching through EA app as thats were i own the game. all i want to do is play Battlefield 6 but i dont even bother for weeks because i know its going to crash and every time i do try it the game crashes within 5 mins every time.
