Being (temporarily) banned is always unpleasant because their verification system is far from perfect, so such "circuses" happen. What's worse, you have to prove your innocence by going through a real battle. Their new anti-cheat system isn't perfect; it can label ordinary system software as a potential threat, and poof.
With such a system, everyone is guilty; you just have to find a stupid reason.
I remember the time when I got banned after 1,500 hours of gameplay, only to be told by the department overseeing the system that the reason was that my weapon and aiming stats were too good...
...so what the hell am I supposed to do, miss when I see an enemy? I'm a veteran of the series with many years of experience, so my skills surpass the average player. Then they lifted my ban.
Keep your head up, don't give up, and maybe eventually your report will reach one of the real employees dealing with these matters and they will remove your ban.
