Wrongful ban

Question

I have been banned for "Gameplay Enhancement". This ban happened a few days ago. The issue is, I haven't used any sort of cheats to play BF6. I'm sure my KDR properly reflects that because I'm usually terrible at the game. i made an appeal that has been denied because they "have confirmed my account was involved in cheating" but still, haven't told me what cheats I've supposedly used to have my account permanently banned.

EA support is a joke. they have made it near impossible to actually talk to a real person to get this issue resolved. If anybody knows a way to get to a live chat with an EA advisor please tell me.

I think it's ridiculous that i have been permanently banned for seemingly no reason, and I can't even make a proper attempt at resolving this.

I will be issuing a refund request if I continue to be unable to have a real conversation with support

If it adds any value. my EA account is 6+ years old. I also have 200+ hours on BF2042. You would think if I were a cheater I would have also been banned from 2042 already.

You could try the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the guide below, as that may offer a live chat if it's available.

However, please note that EA Help cannot review or remove bans themselves. Only EA's ToS team can do that following a successful appeal (also, ToS only correspond over email). If you have not appealed already, there is a webform to do so in the guide above.&nbsp;

There is no live chat option unfortunately. I have checked.

I have submitted a second appeal but to be honest I don't have high hopes based on other forum posts I've read from other users having the same issue
