Wrongfully banned from Battlefield 6

I was wrongfully banned from Battlefield 6 yesterday,

I already got into contact with the support only via the Compromised Account option, that support told me to open another ticket via the Submit a Appeal option however there is no option to actually contact anyone there? I filled out the form but in the screenshot below you can clearly see that the "Contact via Live Chat" or "Contact via Call" options are missing.

I'm not even getting any confirmation that the webformular was submitted or anything.

What am I as a user supposed to do when the website doesn't tell me that the ticket went through?
Hell the support guy before told me that they would even expedite the process on the new ticket.

    Oh my lord, that way actually gave a option for "Contact via Email". Thank you, here's hopes that they fix this.

  • So, supposedly they sent me a email with the case info but I am not receiving anything.

    I am genuinely utterly disappointed. I paid 100€ for this game, I have waited for this game since the initial announcement, I got to play 2 days and now this. EA, for the love of god, get your **bleep** together.

    I'll be making a ticket with Steam for a refund, this is unacceptable.
