XP Booster

I'm sitting in queue for a game and my measly 15 minute XP Booster is counting down. That is some serious BS! It's XP Booster. It should only count down when I'm earning XP!

isn't that just the best. why wouldn't they make it as in match time not real time. money grab most likely.
