Sorry to hear you lost so many points before noticing. Very stupid and detrimental bug. Hope we both get reimbursed or compensated. Your post made me less optimistic about the prospects of reimbursement or resolution however. Darn shame. Those who see this message go to the link and upvote my post as well.

I'm in a chat with the EA "Support" rep as I type this out right now- First he told me to reach out to Xbox as it is their responsibility, I corrected him on that and reminded him of Xbox's TOS regarding this kind of thing and how this is on EA/DICE. He is insisting that there is basically nothing that can be done aside from him sending a report to "my dedicate team so the devlope can see" (LOL!). He is insisting that in game currency is non-refundable even with the circumstances of this situation. Aside from that the only other thing he's telling me is the disingenuous "I understand your frusteration, I'm a gamer myself" line they read off of their script before linking me to these forums and suggesting I start upvoting posts like crazy.
