Account Completely Reset Lost Level, Battle Pass, Bundles, and Purchases
I’m looking for help because my Battlefield 6 account appears to have been completely reset, and I’m trying to understand what happened.
I purchased Battlefield 6 on November 12, 2025, along with the Season One Pass, which included 1,100 Battlefield Coins and the Battlefield Pro Bundle. Before this issue, my account was level 59, and I had multiple exclusive skins, weapon kits, bundles, and challenge unlocks (including new weapons and Red Bull challenges).
The last time I played was a few weeks after the Winter Update. I hadn’t logged in since then. Last night, I launched the game to play with friends and discovered that my account was reset to level 1. I no longer have:
- The Season One Battle Pass
- Any skins or bundles
- Any unlocked weapons or progression
- Any purchased content
It’s as if I’m launching the game for the very first time.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Cloud save syncing
- Fully deleting and reinstalling the game
- Restoring purchases / bundles
None of these resolved the issue.
I’d really like to know why this happened, whether this is a known issue, and if my original progress and purchases can be restored. This represents a significant amount of time and money, and I’m concerned about losing everything permanently.
