Account Restricted - First time launching from Steam

Hi there, thanks for looking into this.

I have not been banned apparently. According to the https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/penalty-history/ page there has been no record of penalty on my account.

Hmm, could you try logging in here with your EA account details and double check that your Steam is linked (And that it's the correct one)?
