I've had a few hours of gameplay from the EA launcher to try out the REDSEC mode. Decided to download it to launch from Steam instead and I can't get in. Was going to buy the game but this is such a huge turn off.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have not been banned apparently. According to the https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/penalty-history/ page there has been no record of penalty on my account.

There are no third party software, if I cheated then I wouldn't be complaining here.
No files were tampered, just downloaded from steam and hit play.
Never used the text chat iirc, and definitely didn't say anything that even come close to getting banned (i've played for llike 4 hours lol)
And the qr code is basically the link you see in the image.
can you write the error code in the comments ? third person software ? you changed your battlefield game files ? you said something wrong in chat or in speak chat ? scan the QR code and see what the reason is
