Account Warning EA BATTLEFIELD 6

So, my account recently just got a warning for "profanity" use while the other guy was threatening, using profanity, racism and harassing. Nothing happened to that guy since I firstly reported him after seeing his message. Is it real humans that treats these reports or is it just AI? This is so bad how the system works... I don't want to get banned because someone else started the profanity while I just reacted to him with insults. Go fix your exploits like players use drones, etc to glitch themselves to the top of the map instead of giving out warnings to players or banning.
