Banned before I could ever play the game?

I was super excited to play BF6, had it pre downloaded ready to go. Game day launch and i had the same issues on the EA app as everyone else. Uninstalled and reinstalled MP several times before i saw...

Download user_data from the EA website and see if you have a ban or something over there.
