I seem to be in a never ending cycle of receiving the same auto generated reply.
"We’ve completed a new review of your most recent appeal regarding the action taken on your EA Account.
Decision on your appeal
After carefully reviewing your appeal, we have again confirmed that the penalty on your account was applied correctly and should remain in place."
As far as I can tell, not one person has looked at my case. I want to resolve this! I don't want to be treated like this. To be accused of cheating by some invisible system and penalized with a permanent ban on my first ever offense! And then receive zero corispondance. To be convicted by a judge and jury that I never saw, to be unallowed to defend myself and then denied the evidence used to convict me when I repeatedly ask for it.
Can I please get one of the moderators here to at least comment on this. What can I do? Is there any real system that functions at my disposal to plead my case to?
Yeah I'm stuck in the same loop. They must have updated their appeal system, which is why we all got updates at the same time after months of radio silence.
