Battepass purchased twice

Anyone else accidentally purchased the same pass twice. I completed season 3 pass and wanted to pre order season 4 pass. I accidentally ordered season 3 pass again which I didn't think would be possible. 

EA support has been useless in trying to resolve this issue trying to pass the book to Xbox as they believe it's their issue. 

Has anyone had this happen and had it resolved?
