Battle Pass Winter Offensive MAJOR ISSUE

The level skip will not reflect my purchase. I've spent money 3 times to get the amount of coins needed. I try to unlock the content and it takes my coins and does not give me the content. This has happened 3 times. I need the additional coins refunded ASAP because the game has stolen my money. Ridiculous.
