We need to maintain this thread and stay banned together while enviting others with similar situation to be vocal about it. The more vocal we are and the more light we shine on the issue the more EA looks bad and will have to do something about it.
Thank you for the information. I thought I was the only one suffering from such unfair treatment. I have submitted multiple appeals and been fobbed off with template automatic replies. I provided a complete chain of evidence, but EA ignored it and my case was eventually closed. The appeal form is like an endless loop: Select appeal form > Submit form > Change topic or view penalty history > No penalty history > Select appeal form.
