If you were wrongfully banned, follow the same course of action as others in this situation, request a refund and refrain from purchasing EA products going forward.

requested a refund , was denied saying i passed the 14 days limit , so basically i need to be banned within 14 days of purachaisng otherwise i can't refund the game , played 2 hours in total btw before getting banned since november
