Forum Discussion
After the latest Battlefield 6 anti-cheat update, several players, including myself, were permanently banned, despite never having used any cheats or banned programs.
The situation is particularly serious because the ban means that we no longer have access to the game we purchased, including single-player and offline content. This raises serious consumer protection issues in the European Union, as removing access to a paid digital product without evidence or justification is problematic.
I have already contacted EA customer service and filed an appeal, but I only received an automatic rejection response that did not contain any specific explanation or evidence.
Since I did not receive a substantive response, I escalated the case to the EU consumer protection authorities.
Several players have reported similar problems here on the forum and on other social networks. This may indicate that this is not an isolated case, but rather a faulty anti-cheat detection or a wave of false bans.
I ask EA officials and forum moderators to investigate this matter thoroughly. If this is a false ban wave, it would be important to clarify and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If others have received similar bans after the update, please share your experiences here so that the extent of the problem can be seen.
Thank you for your attention

It's likely you'll not receive the any contact from a real person and be stuck in a never ending denial loop until you reach your reappeal limit and can no longer resubmit it. Every post from someone being banned and going through the appeal process has been like that.
