I am having the same issue. located in Texas data tenancy: PROD_DEFAULT-SANTIAGO-COMMON. Just spent 3 hours with EA support to be told there is nothing that can be done, and that i should just play portal servers.

I've been watching the discord. EA is saying they are seeing improvement. I just want to state that the issue persists on my end.
