I own pro, I completed the challenges, never received rewards. Apparently an in-game message was sent to pro owners like me that never got rewards to claim them through this in-game message. I have not received an in-game message and not gotten my rewards either. Is this message being sent in very small and slow waves or am I not going to get what I paid for?

This also happened to Penguin & never received anything despite to having BF pro, Phantom upgrade, a few skins etc from the winter sale.
All Penguin know about this is that EA has at least informed GameTeam about this ,still being a issue to some players despite the Hot fix announced 20th January, but no information on when this might get resolved.
Penguin is of course big fan of Battlefield 6 & Content, and don't mind buying and paying for nice content even to support nice game like BF6, but it's bit worrying when the delivery can risk getting stuck like that 😯
You're not alone about it friend, Penguin also know of more players in the same situation. (Only a minor few posts about it)

I purchased the PS4 version of BF6 via pre-order and it was the Ghost Edition. While I have most of my Pro rewards I only have 800 Battlecoins and not the 1100 I should have. Despite 5 calls and just as many open tickets to EA they still haven't resolved my issues. In the end I have no faith they care or even know how to fix these issues.
