I'm having the exact same issue as you. I also tried everything i could think of on my end from in-game settings to network settings. I've got a PC with specs more than enough to run the game efficiently and plugged into ethernet.

I've also reached out to support to try to get this on their radar. Haven't heard anything back. Very frustrating...
