Battlefield 6 Freezing My Entire PC

For the life of me I cant figure out whats wrong with Battlefield 6 after the most recent update.

I have tired so many fixes,

New install, updated drivers booting with nothing else open, looking into IGPU, and a bunch of other time wasting options.

Ive attempted to contact EA help, sat around for 45 minutes got nothing, had to exit that tab and it wouldn't let me back in so I had to make a new ticket  20 minutes go by on that (of which i mention my wait and poor service and it gets closed with no reply?????

What the hell is wrong with BF6 right now and this EA help service why cant I just email someone when this system doesnt even know I don't have a tab open for the chat window?

Reinstalled my drivers on my GPU and my AMD launched BF6 and it struggled to even get to 5% cache of shaders before my second monitor gave out and then the pc blackscreened and force restarted.

    Hello,

I am running 4090 , 9950x3d,  4k 120 hz , limited the fps to 165, all was working fine before this latest update.

Going Redsec to bunker location,  before the rappel,  on the rappel,  down stairs 3-4 massive freezes of my fps down to 1 fps even on my cpu , on the gpu I don't see it deep, happens every time when I reinstall the game and afther that never , I believe it's related to this new fix of Nvidia cards,  I tried even reverting to my registry..

That it only happens in BF6 doesn't necessarily mean it's BF6's fault.

It's possible there is a fault in your GPU core or VRAM, motherboard, chipset, memory or CPU that isn't being hit by other games or a driver bug that only trips the fault causing the crash in BF6. Do you get any visual glitching?

Your description sounds like a GPU driver crash, or maybe a power overload (although those would usually turn off the PC entirely). Do you have any over or underclocks, or use programs like Afterburner?

What type of GPU do you have? if it's Nvidia I would suggest:

    • Download Nvidia's 591.44 drivers.
    • DDU
    • Unplug or disconnect your internet (turn off wifi, unplug the cord if it's ethernet), then use DDU to remove the nvidia drivers.
    • Restart PC
    • Then install the 591.44 drivers. Don't install the APP at the same time.
    • Then restart PC and you can plug the internet back on.

    See if that fixes anything.

Ill have to get a spec list later, didnt bother turning it back on after it froze the last time.

When the game gives out it freezes and locks up instantaneously, whatever visual was on the screen at the time gets stuck, some audio runs like Spotify still, keyboard starts having a seizure with its lights before not responding and the pc doesnt care for any inputs. Never goes to desktop and has to be hard reset each time. This is an issue I purely have with BF6, I can leave this thing running for days without issue and I can play anything else in my library.

You've given us absolutely zero useful information to help you.

Provide your PC specs at the very least. And how does it freeze? Does the entire PC crash and restart? Or does it freeze then crash to desktop? Does it simply freeze and whatever visual is there gets stuck? Have you got anything like hwinfo to tell use what the PC is doing when you play before it crashes? Any crash logs from your OS?
