Battlefield 6 GPU Utilization problem (4070 laptop)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=32wGe64WXhQ

My laptop doesn't fully utilize the graphics card at any graphics settings, as far as I understand. It reduces the fan speed, as if the game isn't even being recognized as a heavy process. 🤷‍♂️

With my graphics card, even with better graphics settings, people on YouTube are getting 100+ fps. Everyone generally praises the optimization, but on my laptop, it's pure torture, with 45-55 fps and stuttering. Even at 720p potato settings. This doesn't happen in other games (Black Ops 6 - 120 fps on medium-high settings).

I reinstalled the drivers and the game. I've had this problem since the beta, so I've tried a lot of tips on YouTube, thinking they'd fix it. But even though it got better after the beta, it's still completely unplayable, and I want to play.🥲

The laptop specifications

i9 13900h / 4070 laptop / 32 gb ram

Since the beta, the game hasn't worked properly for me once. I don't understand how you can go three months without noticing a bug or issue that makes the game simply unplayable for many people.
After the update, the game started working worse than in the video I recorded earlier.

I don't understand, maybe I'm an idiot, so tell me what to do. I wrote to your support, you didn't respond, I sent this video, no change, Steam is full of complaints like mine. Now I don't care anymore, I'd rather play Black Ops 7, at least the game works there. Give me a refund for my purchase. Maybe I'll buy it in six months when you fix the game.
