Battlefield 6 LAT DEV HIGH / TRANSMISSION LATENCY HIGH / BROKEN GAME

Hi, I’m on a wired gigabit connection with a Netgear Nighthawk router and everything else online runs perfectly.

In Battlefield 6 (PC, US-East), I’m getting severe LAT DEV (jitter) spikes even though my latency stays around 20-40 ms.

To rule out my setup, I ran:
• ping -t 8.8.8.8 — steady at ~32 ms with no spikes during in-game lag.
• Then pinged the game server IP (found via netstat -n | findstr 30000) — huge spikes 100–700 ms+ while gameplay stutters.

TN in Battlefield 6 performance overlay spikes from 30-400ms

This clearly shows the problem is on the Battlefield server/routing side, not my ISP or hardware.

Many players are reporting identical behavior (stable ping, massive LAT DEV swings). Please escalate this to the network/server team.

Steam ID: 76561198858534900

Please let me know if there is anything else you need. This is ridiculous! I have read hundreds of reports about this on here, reddit, steam, and nothing is being done about it?! Multi billion dollar company cannot fix a simple server routing issue for their flagship game? After a month of being released? Give us a break!!!
