The Storage Pool deletion worked for me! After days of trying to fix this issue with every possible solution, this one actually worked for me. Thank you!

I ended up solving it through re-downloading DirectX and re-downloading/repairing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86 and x64.

So I have been having the same issue. I have found a temp solution for those that have tried the others suggestions but are still unable to play. Download the EA Javlin installer, open steam try and launch bf 6. AFter it failed run the installer choose battlefield 6 from dropdown and click uninstall. Closer the installer after it says uninstall complete. Open the EA Javlin instaler and choose battlefiled 6 and install it. Close the installer, tab back to steam and launch the game. It is the only way it will workfor me. Otherwise when the Javlin loads my process hits 100% on the c: and it hangs til it crashes.,

I’ve spent the last two days trying everything that has been listed across all discussions related to this topic. Nothing has worked. I don’t really see feedback from people in charge of those forums either. but i digress. my issue is i launch the game and the splash screen pops up for about 60 seconds, and yes the green bar is full. After that it disappears and the EA app pops up letting me launch the game like it never even launched in the first place.

Proberties-dlc Remove checks from dlc content to delete them then download them again by re checking. Run an integrity check after to be sure.
The first error 0xc0000604 was resolved using this:
Turn all options off
Click each entry you added, then click Edit.
For every mitigation listed (DEP, ASLR, CFG, SEHOP, etc.), toggle Override ON and set the option itself to OFF.I had already done this, but only for the following files (with administrator privileges):
bf6.exe in the main folder BF6
bf6.exe in the SP folder
EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exeThen a new crash occurred — a PC reboot after the "Battlefield Javelin" splash screen.
Then I followed these steps exactly:
Deleted the old anti-cheat:
Went to C:/Program Files/EA and deleted the EA folder using Shift+Del
Downloaded the new EA Javelin from:
https://help.ea.com/en/articles/platforms/pc-ea-anticheat/
Opened the new anti-cheat with administrator privileges
Clicked "Uninstall All", exited the anti-cheat, and restarted the PC
Opened the new anti-cheat again as administrator, and selected Battlefield 6 from the listIf you have a Samsung SSD:
Disable RAPID mode
Update the Samsung Magician app
Restart your PCAlso updated the AMD High Definition Audio Device driver:
From version 17 03 2025 → to version 26 05 2025Result: Launched Battlefield 6 successfully.

Have tried loads - still the same issue, splash screen for the anticheat, the black loading window, then nothing
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (12-Core)
RAM: 64 GB DDR4
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti Super (16 GB VRAM)
Storage: C: Primary Windows SSD; D: Secondary SSD (original Steam library)
Operating System: Windows 10/11 (specify version)
Game Platform: Steam (linked with EA App)
EA App Version: (specify version)
NVIDIA Driver Version: (specify version)
Description of the Problem
- Game installed and launched through Steam.
- EA App opens automatically as expected.
- After clicking Play, a black window flashes briefly, sometimes showing the Battlefield 6 splash/loading
screen.
- Within seconds, the window closes with no crash report, error message, or event log notice.
- EA App returns to idle state as if the game was never launched.
Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken
1. EA App and AntiCheat
- Cleared EA App cache (App Recovery > Clear Cache).
- Uninstalled and reinstalled EA App.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled EA AntiCheat.
- Verified AntiCheat service permissions and re-registered it via EAAntiCheatInstaller.exe.
2. Steam and Game Installation
- Verified game file integrity via Steam.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Battlefield 6 completely.
- Moved the Steam library from D:\ to C:\.
- Reinstalled the game in the new library location.
3. GPU and Display Settings
- Fully uninstalled and clean-installed NVIDIA drivers using DDU.
- Disabled all overlays (NVIDIA GeForce Experience, Steam, EA App, Discord, Xbox Game Bar).
- Attempted launch with G-Sync and V-Sync disabled.
- Attempted lower resolution and disabled HDR.
4. Performance / Compatibility
- Checked and installed all Windows updates.
- Disabled third-party background software (MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, etc.).
- Launched as Administrator.
- Attempted compatibility mode (Windows 8/10).
- Disabled fullscreen optimizations.
5. Registry and Configuration
- Removed residual EA/Origin registry entries under HKLM and HKCU.
- Deleted Battlefield 6 user settings and cache folders in Documents and ProgramData.
6. Reinstallation
- Reinstalled all related software: EA App, EA AntiCheat, Battlefield 6 via Steam, NVIDIA drivers.
Additional Notes
- System runs other EA titles without issue.
- No errors appear in Windows Event Viewer or Reliability Monitor.
- Issue appears isolated to Battlefield 6 (October 2025 release) via Steam + EA App combination.Even created a new windows login account and had the same result.
Spoke to EA who advised Clean windows boot, and that failed to ...
The issue has to be the anti-cheat crashing the game or the EA APP, or both.
What I notice is that is the Jedi Fallen order and Survivor show in my library but Battlefield 6 still does not... and those games load and run etc no issue... those to are via Steam library
