Hello, I faced the same issue. If you created a user.cfg file, remove it then it will successfully start. before doing this, I repair the files and remove and reinstall the game but it didnt work.

Hi, thanks for the advice, but I've never used those files before. I thought maybe I should download REDSEC and Single Campaign again, but that didn't help either.
