Battlefield Kicks me to dashboard or Shuts off Xbox

Thebbe​ do you know someone who lives close by with a Xbox? If so try playing the game with your account on their Xbox.

If the game doesn't crash on their Xbox but it crashes on your Xbox. Then Microsoft sold you a faulty Xbox.

Im having same problem. Bought installed yesterday, uninstalled, reset everything to no avail. Only game this is happening with on my Xbox. Frustrating 

I got the same problem even after taking my Xbox apart and applying upgraded thermal paste and putty, Ive noticed the fan behind it helped, I have no HD packs, my next step is to turn off 120hz in my system settings on my console

I tried turning the 120hz off no luck either. But what’s crazy is like madden, NCAA all EA games would do the same thing. 

I got a buddy whose Xbox is just as old as mine and he has absolutely no problem. I have had mine professionally cleaned. Whatever needed to be done. NCAA, Madden also does the same thing but not as bad. It doesn’t make sense. I played battlefield 2042 no issues at all. It’s honestly frustrating 

Same thing had been happening to me since the Beta. It has ruined my experience with the game. It seems when I get the Xbox reboot I loose all stats. I cannot get through the battle  pass because I keep loosing stats with the reboots.
