Battlefield Season 4 Registration Link - Access Denied XML Error

i need help about authorized app being missing from my ea account because i tried to revoke it before, i know this is my fault and i dont want to use other account since i have my game progression here, i did that because my nickname is out of sync with battlefy name so i tried to re-register, now i cant have the Elite Series authorized app on my ea account because this website battlefieldesports.com is blank as AccessDenied - Access Denied" and mention that it happens when trying to link the Elite Series app. please send help ⛳
