BF 6 CONNECTION PROBLEM!!!!!!!

What's going on here???!!!!Can't start the game!!!!!I've tried everything!!!!!Everything!!!!!My last attempt was to delete and reinstall.But Can't install....it doesn't see what I bought in the xbox store (Battlefield 6 + phantom edition upgrade)!!!that's why I paid for the Phantom edition??!!!!!!!!!!!!!!why???!!!!

When will you fix it?

All my games work, except BF 6, I can't start it and after deleting it now I can't even download it from the store!

So the XP weekend makes a lot of sense!!!!!Or am I wrong?????
