BF Pro - No Pro instant unlocks and only 10% xp boost?

I Bought the Phantom Edition upgrade, activated the token, got the tier skips and instant unlocks, but my XP bonus is only 10% instead of 15%. On PC and Steam. EA support was no help. Anyone els...

You may have mispurchased Battlepass rather than Battlepass Pro. The standard Battlepass has a 10% XP Bonus. Check the link below for more info. Thank you. EA_Barry.
