BF6. BattleField coins not coming through

I made a purchase of 500 BattleField coins on BattleField 6 3 days ago and still haven't received anything but it went through on my bank app so I have the payment proof. Anyone know what I can do?

Open Beta rewards didn't transfer to actual released game after purchase.
I had claimed nearly all twitch drops rewards and weekly challenges rewards during open beta bf6 and none of those got transferred into my actual game. How is that possible @Dice and @EA?

Redsec and gauntlet lobbies not filling
Playing battlefield 6 with cross play off. Can't load into a game, lobbies just sit at 17 ish in gauntlet and 45 in redsec. 2 days now.
