bf6 campaign progress reset

i was playing the campaign  doing all collectables and challenges so i could uninstall  and be done with it when my game crashed, loaded bac k up to find ALL settings reset and ALL  campaign progress reset.. i was on the 8th mission with all collectables to that point found. Game could not have been play tested  properly surely.
