BF6 Crash After 10-15 Minutes

Crash after a few minutes of play straight to desktop. No errors. Nothing. I have tried just about everything under the sun recommended.

Messing with in game FSR settings. Disabling AO and GI screen spacing.

Disabling XMP (was already off) in BIOS. Ensuring no RAM overclocking. Frankly ANY form of overclocking.

Full reinstall of the game after deleting. Giving BF6.exe and the anticheat exe special permissions in windows like disabling exploit protections such as Mandatory ASLR. Verifying integrity of game files.

Updated a variety of drivers such as GPU drivers.

The last thing I can think of is updating my BIOS but with the crash giving ZERO information (even windows event viewer has nothing) Im at a total loss as to what to do after that.

Has anyone gotten any acknowledgement from DICE this is a known problem? This seems quite widespread but some folks just dont have anything that works. I just want to play with my friends and its ruining my experience. This would be a GOATed game otherwise.

You're not the only one getting this.  There are numerous posts where people are complaining of the same issue, or one very similar, and I haven't seen any reply anywhere from EA/Devs.  Below is the link to my issue, and my post on Steam regarding the same.  Seems if you verify integrity of the game files on Steam, seems to work.  Granted, I have to do this before starting the game up each night.  Crappy workaround, but at least I can play for the time being.  Hope this helps you!

I had this for a couple of days, however, I seemed to have fixed it with a DDU driver cleanup and reinstall. Just reinstalling the driver sometimes will not work. Using DDU has fixed many an issue over the past decade I've been using it. Give it a shot. Also, if you have any voltage tweaks/curves on your card, go back to default.

  • I've tried everything people have suggested over the internet with the countless posts about this issue (people have been complaining and alerting dice of this since the beta before launch).  Tried confirming all drivers and windows is up to date, disabling XMP/overclock in BIOS, verifying game integrity files on steam countless times, full reinstall, only deleting Eastwood maps/files in BF6 folder and reverifying integrity, running windows memory diagnostic and /sfc scan and repair in cmd, etc. etc.  Disabling NVIDIA overlay, turning on NVIDIA debug, etc.  Lowering graphic settings.  Constant restarting computer.  Only thing haven't tried is a full fresh windows install.  Even the crazy suggestions like making sure your loadout screen isn't set to PAX or the Engineer class (some claim this fixed it for them).  Doesn't matter... some days game works fine.  Some days it crashes 10-15 times making the game literally unplayable.

  • Same. I checked on the events and it seems to be the anticheat that exit the game with error 95. But I have no programs running in backgrounds. I reinstalled the whole game and EA app 2 times and it doesn't work as well as reinstalling the ea anticheat....
