BF6 Crashing My PC

rmckeary​ are you signed into Microsoft OneDrive cloud storage? Is Steam cloud storage or EA app cloud storage enabled?

If so the cloud storage services will automatically restore all files on Documents folder, including the Battlefield 6 folder with save files in it.

What I'm trying to say is cloud storage services will restore Battlefield 6 save files, even after a full Windows 11 reinstall.

Disabled Cloud and cleared all storage related to it as one of the first attempted fixes. I just got my PC back from Micro Center. Pretty aggravated, told them exactly what was happening and how to trigger the crash and all they did was there own stress test of the hardware and said everything was fine. Just tried BF6, managed to load into a game where I crashed after making it to the second objective. Idk what else to do and EA hasn't responded to any of my support messages

The problem is that the game was probably written by AI from Temu or AliExpress.  Plus, it's probably a last minute port to PC from consoles.

The head person at EA/Dice should probably be fired for this travesty.  Pretty sad when Fork Knife runs better than this junk.

rmckeary​ is there any antivirus software running besides Windows Defender? Antivirus software can cause issues with EA anticheat.

no and I already made sure it Defender wasn't the issue. Even added Battlefield to the exceptions list

rmckeary​ It sounds like you're able to load into the game now, but the game is closing down without any error messages? Sending you back to Windows Desktop?

Check Windows Event Viewer for new error messages related to BF6 or EA anticheat. Usually under 'Windows Logs/Applications' section in Windows Event Viewer.

no, it's a full PC hard crash every time. I'll make it about midway through the 2nd game and it crashes. I have just run it through every single 3DMark test I have available and it didn't crash once, not even a stutter. I think it has to be some sort of connectivity issue at this point but I can't tell what

is there a way to contact tech support directly? At this point, I need someone to actually investigate my account or something cause it's almost like I'm being booted for cheating or something even though I don't. That or maybe they can tell me whether or not I am experiencing some sort of connection failure or something? I'm running out of ideas

rmckeary​ the PC is restarting like the power button is being pressed? If so try disabling EXPO/XMP memory overclocking in motherboard BIOS settings.

5900x,zotac 3060 12gb vram, asrock b450m-hdv, 650w psu, hyper 212 black, 4 case fans, 1tb nvme. I have the same problem, and alot more. Only fix i found is parking the game on half my cores with a user.cfg file and enabling ultimate performance power plan via command prompt. Also process lasso helps me balance my other 6 cores for windows/spotify/steam. Now i rarely crash, thought it was motherboard vrm limits but removing fans and limiting my gpu to 80% didnt help at all. This game just destroys cpu’s with multiple ccd’s. I only started getting the problem when i UPGRADED my cpu from a 5500 to a 5900x. Then they post on twitter these are “min spec issues”
